  • Use pretalx api to get speakers and schedule
  • Use GDrive API to get speakers' video recording
  • Use ffprobe to get video duration
  • Determine if video is longer than 20 minutes.

TODO:

  • upload the result to Google Sheets
  • automatically write email to speaker if their video is longer than 20 minutes (may not be necessary)
