Can we use Breaking changes? This is the same headings as REST SDK release notes.

- **Mobile Interaction**: Resolved an issue on touch devices where the Style Picker control required a double-tap to activate instead of a single tap.
- **TypeScript Compatibility**: Fixed type definition errors to ensure smoother compilation in strict TypeScript environments.

Checked, the Render V2 language support MS learn might be updated (by Dec. 8) before you released. So in case its update, we can add reference link. Thanks.
