As @koutsenko notified me of, in chidiwilliams/buzz/issues/1303#issuecomment-3636138821, tree/d8bc5a6e63a0cbc8df511148301d4681e0e59391/manifests/c doesn't include ≥ V1.3.2.

Actual behavior

tree/d8bc5a6e63a0cbc8df511148301d4681e0e59391/manifests/c/ChidiWilliams/Buzz contains:

Expected behavior

tree/HEAD/manifests/c/ChidiWilliams/Buzz should contain:
