Jenkins and plugins versions report
Jenkins 2.516.1 LTS
Antifactory Artifact Manager 252.v944a_69ea_4873
What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?
Docker.
Reproduction steps
We noticed our Artifactory server started getting bombarded with requests (AQL queries).
The number of requests increased by 8+ times.
Artifactory's database load grew from 10 to 120 on average, causing the entire server to become unstable for all users.
After investigation, we realized it was caused by the upgrade of this plugin to 252.v944a_69ea_4873.
After downgrading to 247.v7a_c71a_f91755, the requests normalized and the Artifactory instance stopped receiving that many requests. The database load was back to 10 on average, and the server's stability was restored.
Expected Results
Not to perform so many requests (AQL queries) against Artifactory, like in 247.v7a_c71a_f91755, to avoid causing stability issues in the Artifactory server.
Actual Results
See Reproduction steps.
Anything else?
I suppose this has been caused by #124 (cc @byian), but I wonder if it's expected or not.
If expected, I wonder whether #124 is indeed worth it. For us, it is a no-go for the reasons specified above.
