Update gbcompo21.md (#101)

Added links to HH entries, added author names (because they're in the 2023 edition), fixed a dead link, hardcoded prize pool (as discussed on Discord), removed redundancy, fixed a typo, removed a sentence saying that the prizes were still subject to change (after 4 years)
