Webview Error Authenticating In Amazon Q

Problem

AWS Authentication fails with stackblitz.com GitHub integration setup.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to Amazon Q Extension: 'Choose a sign-in option' menu
2. Click on 'Personal account', then click "continue"
3. See error in the log.
   Notably the "workspace deletion failed" warning confuses me, as I did not even trigger a workspace deletion request:
